Rajat Dalal Journey and Career
Rajat Dalal belongs to a middle class family, and his childhood was full of struggles.
Rajat’s interest in sports and fitness started increasing during his studies. He was very fond of going to the gym, and started going to the gym right from high school.
He had a dream to become a powerlifter, and he worked hard to achieve it.
Rajat started participating in powerlifting competitions during his college days. Coming from a middle class family, he was not able to buy good powerlifting equipment, but despite this he won many powerlifting competitions.
Even after all this he did not stop. He worked even harder and gradually took part in international championships, where he won many medals for India.
After a few years, Rajat won the gold medal for Haryana in state powerlifting by lifting 93 kg in the Haryana State Strong Man Challenge Championship on 24 July 2017.
After this, on the strength of his hard work and struggle, he brought glory to the state by winning 5 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal for Haryana.

According to sources, Rajat has been a part of many controversies. One of the most talked about controversies was his “Teen Baba” video, which went viral.
In this video, Rajat looked very angry. It was shown in the video that Rajat caught three fake babas and talked to them very lovingly. He said to the Babas, “Just give me the answers to a few questions,” but they could not answer.
Rajat’s first question was – “What was the name of Shri Ram’s brother?”
Second question – “Which herb did Hanuman ji bring?”
Baba could not answer these questions correctly, due to which Rajat got angry. He believed that “If someone comes and begs directly, it is fine, but we are Hindus, so why would someone make fun of our religion?”
Somewhere, his anger was justified and this was the reason why this video became very viral on social media.

As we all know, “Sinha” controversy was in news for many days.
What happened was that Sinha came live on social media and challenged Rajat and said, “Rajat, do whatever you want, you cannot uproot anything from me.”
The very next day, Rajat along with 15-20 of his friends reached outside Sinha’s gym, but that day Sinha left the place. Later, Sinha himself came live and told that Rajat and his friends were breaking my car.
